Although a sizeable investment, Bill and Jeff L. took great care of me and made it apparent I was getting good value. We all hear when it comes to heat but we need to recognize good service as well. Bill, in particular, delivered such a consistent and informative follow-up the likes I've never experienced ... even when I called on dealers who were often "obligated" to give the factory reps preferential treatment. Who knows, maybe automotive is just a different animal but I don't think it could be that different. Keep up the good work and you'll be the only ones getting my service business. "Tyler, Thanks so much for including me and my Gold Wing on the 12 canyons ride today. Thanks also go to the dealership for hosting the event. The 12 Canyons ride was the first group-ride that I ever enjoyed. Why? The speed was kept at an, umm, interesting rate. That has to do with the mindset of people who are BMW riders. They believe in the thrill of the road, not just filling it! All past group rides, even with my old ST-1100 group, and certainly with the Gold Wing group, were dull & boring: Average speeds so slow that 18-wheelers passed us. No fun. "While waiting for a new battery to be installed on my 2002 K1200LTC (yes the original finally died) I was introduced to the General Manager. He noticed I was admiring a 2005 K1200LT and we struck up a nice conversation about all the cool accessories available for the LT.
He also has managed to accessorize his ride with some really great safety features as well as comfort for both rider and passenger and was helpful to give me the "straight scoop" on them from his personal perspective.
Not only is he a good guy for his honest feedback and enthusiasim for riding, he is a great salesman as I now have many of the same features added to my ride and he was completely honest with his appraisal of their beneifts, I love them all!
Nick, Bill, and the whole service staff are great to work with and I really appreciate your dealership. "

This message is for Bill Hooper. Thanks for all you do. While there were no "surprises" with my R1150R's spring tune-up, I am always impressed with how professional, courteous, and helpful you are.

We home tinkerers (read menace to society) can sometimes be leary of service shops because, like any normal male who refuses to ask for directions when he's lost, we're afraid we might get "caught" doing something really stupid. So, please accept my sincerest thanks for not rolling on the floor in laughter when I said "can you please check the throttle body synch 'cause I think someone broke into my garage and tried to adjust them while I was at work".

You have my complete confidence, and I will always take my bike to you for service.

p.s. I heard they caught the perp who was messing around with my bike - guess he got sentenced to 4 hours this weekend doing the twisties. Poor slob...."

"I am so glad I found your service department. After buying my motorcycle at a different BMW dealer (NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN, I WILL ALWAYS COME TO YOU GUYS) I found that when I had a mechanical problem the dealer kept doing everything they could to not take care of my problem. As you can imagine having a brand new bike with the industry's best warranty, I was upset that the solution to my problem was double talk and no service. That is when I came to your service department. Within seconds of hearing my cycle run both Bill and a tech were agreeing that somebody needed to look at it and make it right (WOW, refreshing, they didn't try to tell me it was just bad gas). I was so excited to know that somebody was actually going to take care of the problem. The first attempted wrenching on my bike and things were good, unfortunately the problem came back. This wasn't the end, rather than blowing me off and telling me that it was normal(like dealer one) They worked on it until they solved the problem. I have been riding and am feeling very comfortable that everything is good. Thank you for taking care of a customer that was not even yours. All of that will change, I am sorry I did not come to you guys first. My bikes and those of anyone who asks my advice, will all be bought from Northern Colorado. Thanks again Bill and everyone there at the building. From sale to service you guys are it. Very pleasant experience...My wife needs a bike...probably something I would love also HE!HE! Thanks, Jim"

"As a marketing professional myself, I've always been impressed with the way your store maintains outstanding customer relations. Marc has bought two motorcycles there and I know he'll keep coming back for more because of the great service. I guess it doesn't hurt that Tyler is such a good salesman, either.

I just wanted to write and tell you all what a great job of customer service I think you are doing in your store. Last week I called in to reserved a heated grip kit for my fiancee's Christmas present and I spoke to Allan in the shop - he was super helpful and really friendly, answering all my questions (I know little about the motorcycles Marc rides). When I came to pick up the item, everyone on the salesfloor was really friendly and made me feel welcome.

I'm writing this because sometimes in "male" environments such as a motorcycle store, women are made to feel a little inadequate. Not so at the Northern Colorado BMW dealer!

Thanks for making this shopping experience my most pleasant of the holiday season!

Plus, I know I got a killer gift, Marc is going to be so psyched about.
